2.分散訓(xùn)練和集中訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合的方法
分散訓(xùn)練主要是分散于詞匯、句型、語言、課文教學(xué)中以各種單位和各種方式進行的聽的活動。由于聽的活動要求注意力高度集中，時間長了易于使學(xué)生疲勞，所以分散訓(xùn)練是一種有效的方法。但是分散訓(xùn)練時間短，不能就聽本身的訓(xùn)練進行系統(tǒng)指導(dǎo)和安排，所以學(xué)生聽力不易迅速提高。只有集中進行聽的訓(xùn)練，時間才能得到保證，教師才能集中精力，根據(jù)不同學(xué)生的不同聽力困難，加以具體幫助和指導(dǎo)。
3.理解和反應(yīng)相結(jié)合的方法
學(xué)生在聽力練習(xí)中，只有真正聽懂了，才能作出正確反應(yīng)，而是否聽懂也只有靠作出反應(yīng)的正確與否來檢驗。所以，如何才能使學(xué)生聽得又快又好，是在訓(xùn)練中要著重解決的問題。
三 老師如何引導(dǎo)？
在整個的聽力訓(xùn)練過程中，主要的參與對象是學(xué)生，老師主要是擔任引導(dǎo)者監(jiān)督者的角色。但是，這樣的引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督，非常的重要，需要注意的內(nèi)容有如下
1.隨時發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生注意力分散
聽力練習(xí)是以聽為中心的練習(xí)，不同于其它的練習(xí)，可以在過后很方便的再次呈現(xiàn)，它是聽的活動結(jié)束，練習(xí)也相應(yīng)結(jié)束的。所以，老師應(yīng)該保證在聽的過程中，少部分學(xué)生的注意力分散，避免對于走神者來說的，題型的浪費，時間的浪費。要做到學(xué)生在聽，老師聽且兼看。聽練習(xí)的內(nèi)容，看學(xué)生是否專注。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生走神了，應(yīng)該迅速提醒，糾正其行為。
2.發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分學(xué)生有困惑的地方
練習(xí)過程中，老師的聽和看是非常重要的。聽能知道練習(xí)的內(nèi)容，看還能從多數(shù)學(xué)生的反應(yīng)里面，迅速知道學(xué)生的情況。遇到新的知識點的或者極容易出錯的地方，有時甚至可以停下來，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生探討，得出答案，還可以舉一反三，以后遇到相應(yīng)的題型，便能相對容易的完成。
3.注意引導(dǎo)，熟悉題型之后注意提醒
在開始進行各種聽力練習(xí)的訓(xùn)練的時候，老師要反復(fù)提醒學(xué)生運用相應(yīng)的技巧，到了一定程度之后，老師便要從說的角色，轉(zhuǎn)為提醒，讓學(xué)生自己回憶所需要的方法。
4.反復(fù)練習(xí)
學(xué)生聽力技巧的形成也不是一次兩次練習(xí)就能形成的。老師要做到每隔幾天進行練習(xí)，保證技巧不斷的運用，能力的不斷提高。
5.煽動學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們的興趣
聽力是相對靜的教學(xué)活動，難以在形式上激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，但也能從完成練習(xí)的成就感方面讓學(xué)生喜歡它。這要求聽力難度要適中，偶爾有一定挑戰(zhàn)性；另外，老師在其過程中語言的煽動性也能起到很好的刺激作用。如，在進入題型之前，老師可以激發(fā)學(xué)生猜測題型，讓學(xué)習(xí)有個競爭心里，并在完成練習(xí)之后稍微總結(jié)一下，看誰對的多，讓學(xué)生收獲成就感。
