對于管理類專碩的考生們來說,英語口語與聽力測試,也會出現(xiàn)在面試中。越來越多的院校會在提前面試*核英語面試能力,一部分院校(例如北京理工*)則在提前面試中專注考生綜合背景考察,將英語放在來年面試中一起考察。

01面試中英文考察方式
1-全英文面試
主要集中在全英文授課的項(xiàng)目中,深度考察英語。
2-英文自我介紹
有的院校只需要同學(xué)們用英語做一個自我介紹,這種相對比較簡單,也可以提前準(zhǔn)備。
3-英文問答/現(xiàn)場抽題用英文作答。
這種考察方式看似毫無范圍,但是我們通過整理往期學(xué)員的面試問題來看,較為高頻的考察話題為:報考動機(jī)、教育背景、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、個人品質(zhì)等方面,和中文面試問題類似,但是用英文作答有一定難度。
4-英文總結(jié)
多在小組面試中,*后1分鐘英文總結(jié)。
在面試*察的英語,對于廣大MBA考生提出一個更高的要求,即口語中需充分體現(xiàn)工商管理的自身特點(diǎn),不僅要口語流利,而且要結(jié)合基本的管理知識回答問題。
對于咱們的考生來說,英語有截然不同的兩種極端情況,對于一些英語基礎(chǔ)較好,畢業(yè)后在外企和英文工作環(huán)境中工作的考生來說,這樣的口語面試難度很低。
但大多數(shù)考生屬于第二種情況,那就是早就把英語知識交還給了老師,就連英語二筆試的過線問題都要頭疼,更別說"張口難"的英語了。所以,為了大家能夠順利地通過英語面試,英語聽說能力,需要慎重對待,提前突擊。
02如何準(zhǔn)備名校英語口語面試
對于名校MBA來說,英語是一道難關(guān),因?yàn)橛⒄Z口語的水平是需要日積月累地下功夫,這樣訓(xùn)練出的英語口語比較純正,但是臨近面試的緊張時刻,我們也可以有針對地進(jìn)行練習(xí),也可以取得很好的提升效果,借此以解燃眉之急。
英文口語注重邏輯性、連貫性和清晰性,即使出現(xiàn)差錯也要堅(jiān)持下去,不要害怕說Sorry、Pardon。不要過分強(qiáng)調(diào)語言本身的技巧,而應(yīng)言之有物,展示自身特點(diǎn)。
此外,有一些問題幾乎每次面試都會碰到,比如自我介紹、工作實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等等。
那么我們應(yīng)該如何準(zhǔn)備英文面試呢?建議就是以下:
1)英語每天積累,堅(jiān)持發(fā)音,多朗誦,多交流,不要糊弄。
非常時期用非常對策,在職的考生大都忙著日常工作和復(fù)習(xí)筆試,長時間不接觸英語的發(fā)音和交流,一開始會覺得張嘴說英語句子都非常困難,更別提流暢表達(dá)了。建議大家盡可能的提前一些時間準(zhǔn)備,增強(qiáng)語感,單個的是單詞,單詞連起來就成了句子。像一位"英語*"說的那樣:講英語就是要喊出來。當(dāng)然我們不必非要大聲喊,但是朗誦英語單詞或短文,是一個非常好的培養(yǎng)語感的方法。
2)熟悉一些固定回答模板或面試題目,提前練習(xí)
可以嘗試結(jié)合簡單的管理學(xué)基本知識,將每一個曾經(jīng)問到的問題努力用自己的觀點(diǎn)解釋清楚。今天在文章后面附了一些有一些常用的問題類型,并給大家總結(jié)了回答模板,這些句子看起來很簡單,但是也需要大家多多練習(xí),才可以做到流暢熟練。
3)熟練的英文自我介紹
其實(shí)英語的自我介紹跟中文的自我介紹差不多,基本把中文的自我介紹翻譯過來即可,但是有以下幾點(diǎn)大家一定要注意:
①英文不像我們中文,如果沒有十分把握的話,不可刻意的追求語句華麗,以免張口就忘,簡單自然就好。
②語速快慢不重要,重要的是說而且是連貫的說,但不可表現(xiàn)出你是在背誦稿子。
③英文自我介紹除非有相關(guān)的時間規(guī)定,一般來說控制在2-3分鐘左右*佳。
對于大多數(shù)院校來說,英語面試是一項(xiàng)考核內(nèi)容,但并不是一項(xiàng)決定性因素,當(dāng)然一些國際項(xiàng)目除外,例如天津*全日制MBA、*財(cái)經(jīng)*的全日制MBA和同濟(jì)*的國際MBA項(xiàng)目等。

A: I started my first job in Sony, a world famous company which produces Digital & Electronics products. A: There is no doubt that English is very very important in MBA study. To begin with, almost all of the modern economic and management theory is coming from the developed English speaking countries. If we better master this language, we will not only feel easier to learn the knowledge, but will also much more deeply understand them. Secondly, MBA students usually have classes given by foreign teachers. What’s more, students with better English ability will have more opportunities to be selected as exchange student to other countries for academic activities. Lastly, students with good English will be more likely to find better jobs with higher salary after graduation. As we know, most of the top international companies usually have high requirements of English proficiency.
