According original function and new addition function,71 input points and 51 output points is demanded.5×IA222(16 points)relay input module units are selected,2×OC225(16 points)relay output module units and 1×OC224(16 points)output module unit for welding controller and 1×OC222 transistor output module unit for numeroscopes is selected. In/out point serial numbers in C200H is given by groove position, therefore,71 input points is distributed at the range of 00500~00915,51 output points is distributed at the range of 00000~00315.
2 Software Design All state of spot-welding mechanism control process is divided into hand-made state,automatic state and fault state. In fault state a part manual function can working for adjust,in fault state or hand-made state automatic process is locked out. Because in working process it can be chosen that left and right wall board,sinew positon,welding point position and the weld numbers,in all automatic process movements mutual interlock and circulate complex. Passing through the analyze of spot-welder working sequence and the function asked of the factory,all control process program is separate into hand-made process module,automatic process module,fault treat module,display screen treat module and output interface module, among all most complex automatic module is a key-point of software design. 1)automatic process entirety is at start position,railway vehicle wall board be fixed in work-table then automatic process start; portal-type entirety move and according stop point choose stop in correspond strengthen sinew position;weld-table start right moving along sinew,according weld point number choose enter in turn working-area and weld allow-area,stop in correspond welding point position;weld electrode go dawn,press hard on sinew in pressure P2;welder Ⅰweld,welder Ⅰ weld end signal start welder Ⅱ,welder Ⅱweld end signal start electrode go up(when welding choose is no,electrode go down and go up continuous);weld-table move again and stop in next new welding point position;when all welding point in sinew have be welded,weld-table in turn go out weld allow area and work area;potral-type entirety move again and stop in next new sinew positon;weld-table start left moving. 2) considering automatic process is a cyclical entirety move,weld-table move ,portal-type entirety move again ,weld-table move again,…,portal-type entirety quick return,as Fig.2,all automatic welding process can be separated into 4 step ,it take advantage of step instruction,there are two step instruction in C200H,SNXT N is at used point of step program and start a new program and end a former program section,STEP N is at hard of an N step program

Take advantage of step instruction the program of every step program is same as the normal program ,but all control program redures,see below Fig.3.It is a choice branch and circulate control process.

3 Conclusions The reform of import spot-welding mechanism by C200H has completed and mechanism has woken for 1 year,mechanism reliability high and accessories supply abundant,the reflect of the factory is very good.All showed that by programmable controller of high reliability and convenient program reforming some low-reliability and older import mechanism is a good method arising mechanism-efficiency.
